Is it mandatory to create an account to order?

No, creating an account is optional. You can place an order as a guest. However, an account allows you to track your orders, view your purchase history, and manage your personal information.

How to create an account?

Click on "Login" at the top of the page, then on "Create an account". Enter your name, email address, and a password. Creation is free and instant.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the login page, click on "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link in your inbox.

How do I modify my personal information?

Log in to your customer area and go to the "Account Information" section to update your data (address, email, password).

How do I delete my account?

To request the deletion of your account, please contact us at contact@lilysfindsboutique.fr. Note that deletion will result in the loss of your order history, subject to legal retention obligations.
