What are the delivery times?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days. Delivery: 2 to 5 days in France, 5 to 8 days in Europe. These times are indicative and may vary during periods of high activity.

What are the delivery costs?

Calculated automatically at checkout according to weight and destination. Free delivery from €100 (Mondial Relay, Chronopost Shop2Shop) or €150 (Chronopost pickup point) for France.

How do I track my order?

An email with a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.

My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?
