Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with current European Union regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

2. Return Conditions To ensure the authenticity and quality of our products, each return is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- Returned in its original, complete, and undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by all of its original accessories and components
Category-specific conditions:
- Cosmetics & perfumes: For hygiene and health protection reasons, any sealed product whose packaging has been opened or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Perfumes are delivered in their original, intact packaging; any return is subject to this packaging remaining unopened. Perfume sets are sealed with a holographic security seal. In accordance with Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal once their seal has been broken after delivery. Breaking the seal constitutes an express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
- Clothing: Unworn, unwashed, with no signs of use, with intact tags, and free of any odors.
- Leather goods (bags, wallets, small leather goods): In perfect condition, with original protective covers/accessories, free of scratches or deformations.
- Accessories (jewelry, belts, eyewear, etc.):Complete and undamaged, in their original packaging, with no signs of use.
Certain items cannot be returned: personalized products, products whose seal has been removed for hygiene or health reasons.
3. Return Procedure
- Log in to your customer account on our store via your order history.
- Select the relevant order and click on “Request a Return”.
- Select the reason for your return from the options provided.

- Once your request is approved, you will receive personalized return instructions and, if applicable, your prepaid shipping label.
Any unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Error on our part, defective or damaged product: we cover the full cost of return shipping via a prepaid return label. No flat fee will be deducted from your refund.
- In all other cases (right of withdrawal, standard return): a flat fee of €6.50 corresponding to the cost of the return label will be deducted from the final refund (excluding initial shipping costs). This flat fee applies to all orders, including those shipped to European Union countries.
5. Refunds
- Each returned item undergoes a rigorous quality control check.
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method, minus any applicable flat-rate fees.
6. Reduction or Refusal of Refund
- The customer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and proper functioning.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is incomplete, damaged, or unsuitable for resale.
- A reduction proportional to the observed loss in value may be applied.
- The assessment is made objectively based on the actual condition of the product upon receipt.
7. Defective Items or Order Errors on Our Part
If you have received a defective or damaged product, or if we made an error in preparing your order (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, missing item, etc.), please notify us promptly:
- Contact us within 48 to 72 hours of receipt via your customer account or at contact@lilysfindsboutique.fr
- Please attach photos of the product in question so we can verify the issue
- We will send you a prepaid return label—we cover the full cost of return shipping
- No flat fee will be deducted from your refund
- After we receive and inspect the product, you will receive a full refund or we will offer a suitable solution (exchange, store credit, etc.)
