Can I return a perfume or cosmetic product?
In accordance with article L221-28 5° of the Consumer Code, hygiene products (perfumes, perfume sets, cosmetics) whose packaging has been opened or seal broken after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
Perfume sets are packaged with a holographic security seal applied by LILYSFINDS. Breaking this seal after delivery constitutes express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Unopened products in their original packaging remain eligible for return within the legal period of 14 days.
Which products can I return?
Right of withdrawal (14 days): without having to provide a reason, from the receipt of your order, for any unopened product in perfect condition.
Defective or damaged product: report the problem to us within 48 to 72 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
Our error: wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or missing item.
Which products cannot be returned?
Hygiene products (perfumes, sets, cosmetics) whose packaging has been opened or the seal broken. Personalized or custom-made products. Products whose seal has been removed for hygiene or health reasons.
How to make a return?
Log in to your customer account from your order history. Select the relevant order and click on "Request a return". Indicate the reason for your return from the options provided. You can also contact us at contact@lilysfindsboutique.fr. Once your request has been validated, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, your prepaid label.
What are the return costs?
Standard return (right of withdrawal): a flat fee of €6.50 covering the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
Defective, damaged product or our error: you will be fully refunded, including initial shipping costs. The return label is provided free of charge.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is made within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product, via the original payment method.
