What payment methods do you accept?

Digital Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay
Installment Payment: Klarna
Local Payment: Bancontact (Belgium)

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted via SSL protocol. Your banking data is never stored on our site.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, via Klarna you can spread your payment over several installments. The conditions are displayed directly at the time of payment. For Belgian customers, Bancontact is also available.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. Contact us quickly at contact@lilysfindsboutique.fr stating your order number. After this stage, the order can no longer be canceled.

My order was refused, why?

A payment refusal may be related to your bank or an input error. Check your information and try again, or contact your bank. You can also write to us at contact@lilysfindsboutique.fr
